Our private capital transactions practice is centred on the representation of clients in the formation, restructuring, and reorganisation of private capital investments. We are skilled in complex and high-stake Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions and corporate structuring. We are also well-versed in helping clients navigate the legal landscape of new and emerging markets.
Dispute Resolution
Our dispute resolution practice focuses on construction, real estate, maritime, and corporate matters. We are well-versed in the UAE local judicial system, offshore DIFC and ADGM courts, and the interplay of foreign and international law. Our partners have a proven track record and market reputation in successfully resolving high-stakes arbitration cases (DIAC, arbitrateAD, and Ad hoc arbitration).
