Step 2: Prioritize
Identify quick wins and long-term levers, aligned to your business objectives and resources.

Step 1: Assess
Comprehensive audit of operations, supply chain, and impacts to reveal your true baseline.

Work Highlights
Across all of these structures, our role is to make sure the financing achieves what the client actually needs - access to capital, retained control, or a clean exit.
Leveraged Finance Leasing
We structure leveraged finance leases where a lessor - typically backed by third-party equity and debt - holds title to the vessel and leases it to the operator over a term matched to the underlying debt amortisation. We negotiate the lease terms, security package, and step-in rights for both lessor and operator.
Sale and Leaseback of Encumbered and Unencumbered Vessels
A shipowner sells the vessel to an investor and leases it back, converting equity in the vessel into working capital while retaining operational use. We handle sale and leaseback on both unencumbered vessels and vessels carrying existing mortgage debt, where the prior lender's consent and treatment of the existing security are the central issues.
Where conventional ship mortgage lending is unavailable, too expensive, or unsuited to the ownership profile a client wants. This spans leveraged finance leasing, sale and leaseback of encumbered and unencumbered vessels, and securitisation through Maltese vehicles, and extends to the ownership and governance structures behind the financing - parallel registrations, wholly-owned special-purpose vehicles, and limited partnerships.
Grounded Assessments
Rapid process mapping and data dive to spot friction points and low-hanging efficiencies.
We structure alternative financing for vessel acquisition, ownership, and joint ventures where conventional ship mortgage lending does not fit - working with shipowners, operators, and private capital investors on multi-entity structures with built-in governance and exit mechanics.
